Your Defining Moments


Every athlete will face a number of defining moments during their athletic journey and it’s in the conditioning that you have done prior to that point that impacts how you show up the in those moments the most.


Defining moments look different for all of us, it could be navigating climbing the depth chart, bouncing back after reduced playing time, recovering from an injury, or the obstacle for most athletes- navigating those times when you are experiencing success.


A lot of times those challenges, obstacles, and adversity we experience propel us into the athlete's we need to develop into to reach our NEXT level… I experienced this first hand during my career on every level including the NFL.
